ECL Barracuda Gunboat Released!  2-22-03

After months of work, our Barracuda Gunboat is finally released!   ;D

Description of the gunboat:

A large, heavily armed and armored Gunboat.  It has full weapons capabilities against all Air, Armored and soft targets as well as an animated floating mine deployment device!  With a top speed of 105+ it also holds a total of 19 people including the crew, plus a large amount of weapons and ammo!!  It's also fully compatibale with our TAAB addon!  E-mail webmaster@everoncartel.com with any questions about the boat (after you've read the readme) or go to our forums!

Details:

High Cargo Capacity (16 + 3 man Crew)
High Camoflauge Value
High Speed Capability (105+)
Custom Animation for mine deployment unit
Working floating Mines! (Masterful Scripts by LCD to achieve this)
Agressive threat modeling
Custom Engine Sound
2 types of ammo for main gun (ZSU cannon and .50 cal MG)
Gunner is well protected
Detailed Commander View
Ability to carry large weapon loadout (comes with East weapons inside)
"Gatling gun" barrel style and effects
Does not move well on land (like it should be, it's a boat!)

An important thing to note is the readme and example mission included in the zip.  There is a small command necessary in an init.sqs for the mine function of the boats to work correctly.  There are more details in the readme.

I just found a very slight error in the addon.  We forgot to remove 1 line of code from a script.  This error could generate an error message when you choose to deactive the mine deployment.  

I have fixed this error and uploaded the corrected version.    ;D
