Title: One hostage joins Multi Groups, How??

I have one hostage that I need to join to three separate black-ops groups. Depending on witch group or respawned group of guys get to him first, he'll need to join at least one of them.  I have read some of the post but it seems that none apply to my situtation.  All I have now is a West Captive being gaurded by East. Any and all help would be welcomed ??? ???
