Not that I know of mate... FlipeR's M4 pack is on similar lines though, without the scopes, night vision gear or foregrips. But, the SOPMOD M4's in Frandsen's USMC have scopes and foregrips, but no NV gear or GL's. Sorry mate.

actually that is a number of different setups for the M4, so... Mr_Shady pretty much wrapped it up.
