Title: Coverting (cont...)
Post by: Hunted on 05 Feb 2003, 18:31:17
Hello all,

Problem

I was able to make sound that work on the OFP. But due to my absense, I forgot the exact process.

Status

I am trying to covert the music files to be read by the music programs that I currently have.
The music I am trying use is a CD copied to my 'RealOne' player.  (Music.rmj <-formatname)
I have previously done it without a hitch but I am certain that I am missing a step or two.

I have these programs which I've used in the past to make them;
"Cool Edit Pro"
"dBpowerAMP Music Converter" (with appropriate plugins)
"RealOne" Player (if its from CD)
"WinAmp"

Conclusion

The main problem is that I can't open the ".rmj" format which I can't open due to all my music programs not being able to read it.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks all.

I dont quiet get what is the problem, so u have the rmj. file which u say is the RealOne format, so why cant u open it then, and SECONDLY what it has to do with OFP?!?!? So u cant open this rmj. file whatever that is with programs u have, but what it has to do with sound editing for game, eh?!

I'd say TOTAL BUMMER MAN :P  ::)

G'day

Does "RealOne" save only in rmj format?
You need at least wav format for ofp purposes
I always used Sound Forge for my music/sound stuff
