Title: Lights and choppers

How can I manually turn on\off the lights on the AI vehicles ? this action ["Lights on"] doesn't work neither in ini nor in the trigger nor in the waypoint. I have also tried to write ["light on"], ["lighton"], ["lightson"] but this also doen't help. Also I need a chopper to stand on the ground with his rotor on.
