Has anyone got any civvy vehicles(preferably planes)?  If so please reply!!       :'( :'( :'( :'(

on @war (www.planetrainbowsix.com/atwar) under download-vehicles, you cab find a lot of civvy vehicles. Mainly cars but also at least one civvy heli. I haven't seen a civvy plane though (except for a boeing and a antonov, but I don't thing this is what you're looking for)
