Title: seeing from 1st person wiev in cutscene
Post by: Commando on 21 Jan 2003, 13:55:45
How do i make so that I will se from 1st person view in a cutscene?
I'll be a west soldier facing guba in the finale and then there will be a cutscene and then they will have a conversation.
Is there anyway to find any guba voice samples from somewhere?

just use camera.sqs and place the camera view right in front of the person then just switch view so forth and so on. Refer to Messiahs camera.sqs tutorial to learn how to use that. But why do you want a first person view when they are so many other alternatives, that look so much better. Ohh well whatever suits you.

Answer to your other question. If Guba talks in the game then yes there should be his voice samples somewhere but you would have so go spelunking or just ask around here for someone to do the voice for you our you could do it yourself.Have fun.
