Title: Looking for 'HeavyM2StaticMGe' addon

I have been searching for an addon that adds the "Heavy M2 Static Machine Gun" but I cannot seem to find it anywhere.  Does anyone know where I can find this addon?  If you have it, feel free to email it to me.
