Since IÂ've got GOTY edition and o2 doesnÂ't work I was wondering if there are any other modelling programs out there who work perfectly for OFP addon editing.
Thx in advance.

O2 does work, you just have to read up on it.
And it's the only modelling software for OFP. There is however another animation software which will create and alter .rtm files (animation).

whoops, mixed em togheter :-[. And o2 doesnÂ't work with GOTY.

dude its just the viewer that wont work i dont have the original disk(it broke :'( ) but i can still use O2 perfectly fine
-
I canÂ't use it for some reason, if I load a p3d file, the program dies. :(
-
Are you loading a p3d that has been un - xpacked?
If you dont I think you get a preNLOD error.
xpack is available here. It turns a p3d into a p3d_.
This new file can be opened in O2, just delete the '_'

thx, but now, the program wont start at all!

Armstrong: something similar, but not as bad, happens to me: I cannot run Flashpoint with my original CD [but the original CD DOES work when I run O2Light and the O2 Viewer ....]. So, I CAN preview the model while working on it, but when I want to test it, I must change to the Resistance CD and run Flashpoint Resistance, use its Mission Editor, and test my model. I dunno if this really helps you, but it might help others who faced my particular problem.... Sorry to hear about your GOTY problems. Do you think the problem might be a path name? See if your folders are named the exact same as the folders that the O2 setup tips tell us we should have ... if not, try temporarily renaming your folders? Just an idea.
