I think, once you have entered texture mode by pressing 'A', then loaded your texture, you have to draw a box approximately the same size as the face the texture is to be applied to.
This can be adjusted to match the surface exactly using the cursor keys and the shifted cursor keys.
Once you are happy that is is matching you must press 'B' to apply the texture you loaded to that surface.

Yeah tell us the exact steps you used?
-
well the steps i used are on my site if u have trouble seeing them just save the pic to ur comp then look at them.
i did the same steps as stated in Brssed tutorial and when i come to right clicking and load texture it still says null at the top and no texture is shown

Your textures have to be in your buldozer directory or they wont load.
Check this out http://www.ofpec.com/yabbse/index.php?board=47;action=display;threadid=4501

MY path of my textures are Z:\OFPEDIT\crate
the Z drive is fake cause thats what Brssed told me to do so in hence the real place of them is C:\OFPEDIT\crate
the ofpedit is my bulldozer and my o2 is in a subfolder in OFPedit

What are the dimensions of your image?
-
The thing is i dont know there in .pac format and they worked in the final version of Brssed Crate. How can i open .pac or.paa i have photoshop will that work?
1 other question did u look at my site i made?
-
Like I said.....you need to press 'B' to apply the texture once it has been loaded.

Is the path of your textures within the config dialog:
crate\

OK I have a definate solution for you.
I have not worked with O2 since October and wante to get back to my Panther G tank. My nephew was playing JK2 on my main machine so I sent the files through the network and started O2 up on another machine.
I found the fault replicated exactly.
Since I had one setup working I got the two up side by side and found the problem.
FILE -> OPTIONS
DLL FOLDER
Set it to the folder that O2 lives in.
eg, mine is at
C:\games\operationflashpoint\oxygen
now, the thing to remember here is :
YOU NEED TO CLOSE AND RESTART O2 for changes to take effect.

make sure ur texture is 256 x 256 , as all textures in ofp are those dimensions, and you have to select the face that you want the texture to be applied to, then you have to hit b to apply it, then get out of texture mode and you will see the texture in bulldozer
