Title: Help Retexturing BIS units.

Hello everyone. I would like to retexture some BIS soviet units. How do I do this? Does anyone have a simple tutorial that they can send my way or a detailed explanation? I have some tools I downloaded. I just want add helmets to some spetsnaz units and add camouflage to some soviet helmets. Just need to know the best way to go about this.
