Title: Editor Extra Files

I dled some bunkers from http://ofp.gamezone.cz/index.php?sekce=editorextra&archiv=true&page=3 and the files are .sqm I dont know where to put these files for them to be able to be added as objects in a multiplayer map. All help is appreciated.

You downloaded a prefab.  In other words, you downloaded a mission file with a possitioning of only existing objects from the editor.  hope this helps
