Can someone please tell me how to give a person a different weapon than he is carrying.

Like a soldier has a m16 and i want to give him a thompson how do i do this

how do you give him a hand gun too.

Do you Maen like in the Mission Editor or a Config file? if it's in the Mission Editor (I don't know the Name for the Tommy Gun so we'll just say Tgun) write:
removeallweapons this; this addmagazine "Tgunmag"; this addweapon "Tgun"; this addmagazine "Berettamag"; this addweapon "Beretta"; Hope that helps  ;)
