Title: How to get Wilbur file into wrpedit?

Hi i've got a question. The answer for it is not on your forum so i'll trie this way.

When edditing an island in wilbur I want to place the object and stuff with wrpedit. But how do i put the wilbur file in wrpedit? I don't know how this works. Can someone please help?
