Title: Binocular Addon

I've been trying to make a binocular addon.  Simply just coding binoculars to be zoomable using all the original models and textures from the game, but I can't seem to get it to work.  I had this posted at ofpInternals before they went down but no one could help.  Does any one know how the Bionoculars need to be coded.  It's quite different from regular weapons.
