Can someone tell me what that mask thing is and how can i make one?
If someone could do that, I think I will be able to use it ;)

its use is simple:
- load a .wrp file.
- load the mask, a grayscale 256x256 pixels image.
- add your favorite forest
- save your work

hmm, so i have to take a pic of a area on my island or the hole island?

To be honest, I haven't really thought how to implement this tool with ongoing islands. You would need a pic of you whole map. I haven't tested this, but you could try to open your island in Wilbur then save it in .BMP format.
