Title: Another weird question regarding faces...

hello,
       I have another Question, that how do I put my own face, means my own head, my own hands and my own nose e.t.c ... Another player suggested me about the custom faces.... but they are prepared templates, I wanna prepare my own template.... can any one suggest me any software of creating my own custom face??? please....
                                                       I would be very thankful...

You can use Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) since it's free.
