Title: Next alive team member group chat

How do I pick the next alive group member in a squad? I want the next alive member in the players squad to use group chat. Shall I just name every player in the squad and check if he's alive and then use group chat on him or is there a way to just pick the next alive member in the squad and then use group chat on him?
