Well, I've not had never Arma II, so I don't know where it should be that file, but if You don't find the file, I think  You could make it with MakePBO tool.

I think Zipper5 said how You can find it.

Hope it help

I've checked main directory under missions, but the is only a textonly file that reads "singlemissions" there aren't even the pre loaded missions.
I've also checked under my profile missions folder but this is where all the missions from editor are and none of them are pbo's?????

Documents/ArmA2/Missions

Am I looking in the right place? theres just a readme file in there that says "Singlemissions"?????? No other files at all

Very strange. As a Windows XP user, I'm able to find exported single missions under Program Files>>Bohemia Interactive>>ArmA2>>Missions.

Ensure that you're not hiding any files or folders, and check to see if anything is hidden under "compatibility files." (http://www.hanselman.com/blog/VistasShowCompatibilityFilesAndTheScrumptiousWonderThatIsFileVirtualization.aspx)
