Title: Radio and Action Menu Text color?

I have found information related to the title text color, but nothing covering the menu action text color?

Clue plz :)

I know very little about custom resources and whatnot, but try browsing through here (http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Category:Command_Group:_GUI_Control).
