Title: Arma2 (give me error before launch)

Hi guys, here is an image after I install arma2 that the error it gives me. Anyone know what this means exactly?
I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, still doesn't work.

You're using a broken addon VX_FleckcaDES which causes ArmA to crash.
Remove the addon and it will start working.
