Why can't you shoot out of cars ,this would be a good asset the game should posses!! Could this be made possible or wuold it have to be an official addon byBIS.
Think of the endless possiblities drive by's , assinations , realy cool car chases , and so forth

Please fill me in why this can't be done , and if you think it should be done please state here

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED

It can't be done because of engine limitations. An all your emotions would make nothing.

While there maybe Limitations, It's not Impossible, someone Said they knew someone who saw something about a Script to do that it would look pathetic, still on a good Day you might hit Europe, with it.

sa much as i remember u can shot outa cars ::) ever player w/ da jeep w/ MG ? :P

u can make addons dat have gun out 1 side nd den som1 can get in as gunner nd do drive by ;)
