Title: Changing the time of day by radio command

hey everyone, nice to meet you all  :good:

Ive been tring recently to figure out a command to add radio options to change the time of day, preferably on a hour to hour basis. If possible im tring to make it so it syncs people who JIP with the time so we dont have 1 person which has daytime and another nighttime. Id really appreciate all the help given for this
