Title: want to learn to script

hi i want to learn to script and dont know wher to start can anyone point me in the right direction plz thanks. :)

There are loads of tutorials, just search the various forums for those. Also read the posts in the forums and just try the simple stuff.  Most people start with blowing things up.

You may want to get an editor  such as  Arma Edit and the update files.

also in the short cut to arm you need to add -showScriptErrors to the end of the target line, just leave a space before adding.

That's a good tutorial to start with, even though it is written for ArmA1 most of it is still the same..
