Title: Middle Eastern Models

I haven't played in awhile and feel a little lost I was wondering if anyone knew of any other models that were middle eastern and or had that type of look I would like to find women and children as well to set up a village and have realistic looking ambiance.

I was able to locate FFA civ and terrorist patch but a couple more would be wonderful if anyone knows of anything else that might help me I would appreciate it.
