Title: Custom Commands??

I'm not sure if this has to do with addons, but how do I make a custom command? For Example, When you give commands to your squad, You press 0 (reply), you can hit 9 (custom) and it makes a sound you put in. I've seen other people who have had it, just thought it would be cool, thanks!
