Title: Alter 3rd person view?

Can this easily be done?

 If so how, there is some info out there but nothing is very clear and I'm pretty useless behind the scenes of ArmA...

You can tweak it via a simple config addon.

Or make a camera with a different angle.
This might have some issues though.
