Title: African Mods for OFP Cold War

Hi Guys,
Noobie to site, just wondering if there is any African Add ons for Cold War. Also I seem to recall a QBZ and SAR 21 weapon mod, but can't seem to find them now.

For oodles of OFP addons/mods etc try Gamezone (http://ofp.gamepark.cz/index.php?newlang=eng).

They might have just what you are looking for, take a tent and a flask of coffee.

For the ultimate African Bushwar experience, you can't miss Tonal Redux (http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard311/ikonboard.cgi?s=28e4b2ebbf028ed126d149bd0a78fc9a;act=ST;f=4;t=54560;hl=redux); it is, basically, the best mod (used together with SLX) in my opinion to have popped out of the last days of OFP before ArmA came out. If only it would be ported in some form to ArmA....sigh sigh.

Anyway, try it out!

Much appreciated. Downloaded what i needed, but i suspect i need Resistance, which i have not got yet as some of the add ons don't appear in the editor. BUGGER!!!

Since there are no generic African objects, i may try and create some. Objects such wildlife and subsaharan buildings, keep my fingers crossed.

You really do need Resistance to be able to succesfully play OFP in any shape or form :D I doubt it'll cost you many monies anymore, so be sure to pick it up ASAP!  :good:

I think BergHoff might have created some African plants-pack : go check out the BIS forums and search the completed section for his creations. I believe the above-mentioned Tonal Redux mod has quite a lot of African bush-type vegetation in it...
