This program appears to have been lost, as some were asking for it, here it is again.

It comes complete with documentation, and a mini-doc on what campaign structures are all about.

In my (never) humble opinion, it is better (tm) than the one supplied by (unknown author) that uses (of all things!) a macromedia flash player to do it's thing.

Edit:
afaik, this program does not work on ArmA. If demand calls for it, i'll make the small changes necessary.
