Title: Create a fence line

I was trying to place a set of barbed wire fences in the editor to create a fence line. After some frustration and not wanting to do it again I turned to scripting. I ended up with three scripts which I hope may be useful to others.

ya i downloaded these scripts a long time ago and passed them on to a bunch of North American Alliance [NAA] guys...so be looking for credits in our maps man...thanx a bunch!
