I'm looking for some units or tanks of Vietnam can you help?
And can you tell me how to do a addon ?

Try Gamepark (http://ofp.gamepark.cz), they have oodles of OFP addons.

Using 'Vietnam' in the search function resulted in this list:

I'm sure there must be more though as I seem to recall things like Viet Cong units as well and rickshaws too.
Try searching through their stuff by hand.
