Title: PushUP Script

Hey guys, I new here, and new to scripting. I have heard that there is a PUSH UP script. Where can i find the code, and maybe a small tutorials how to run it. But will the push up script be able to use it as a command, or only in a intro movie? Your help will be apreaciated.
