Title: need help bad

i think its the right place to post anyway,

i downloaded the compelte set of editing tools
and i cant even install them

it says i need microsoft visual C +++

i havnt a clue what it is, neither does google or the microsoft site

can any point me in the right place where i can get this thing

i just wanna do a simple reskin  :(

I can think of no reason why you would need C++ to install the BI tools, nobody else seems to need it, and I certainly didn't need it either.

I do recall someone on the BI forums mentioning such a problem a while ago, maybe that was yourself, if not I would try a search at the BI forums to see if the problem was resolved.

You don't need C++, at least I don't have it in my editing suite  ;)

However, config files (that get addons ingame) are written in C++  - maybe what you read was meant to say that a knowledge of C++ was needed to get addons ingame?

 i think that it needs the C++ redistributable installer.
try one of these.

a quote from the readme.
The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) installs runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries required to run applications developed with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2005 installed.

since BI editing tool suite was developed in C++ probably needs it to run.
hope that to solves the problem

well its only on oxygen 2
the rest work


but when i install it the message comes up saying (it wont let me copy and paste so sorry) that i need this in order for it to install properly
