Title: simple thing: group units by script
Post by: daryl on 24 Feb 2008, 11:13:26
hi all.
i'm new in this forum!!
i'm an old player of ofp... and now i restart to play it! But i don't remember a thing in editor mode:

i need 2 things:
1) how i can create groups by script?
2) how i can move the entire group by script??

so:
i created 3 soldiers named "p001", "p002" and "p003".
they are "single", are not grouped by ofpeditor.
i want group they by script.

i did: [p002, p003] join p001 ok, but now how i can know the name of group just created?
if i write p001 domove getmarkerpos "wp1" ( for example ) only p001 will move in to the marker... how i can move entire group by script??

thx! :)

To assign a name for the group use:

asdagfe = group p001
