Title: Multiplayer campaigns

Just wondering...

Is it possible to link missions into a campaign for a group of coop players?

sure it is, just make a REALLY REALLY big mission.  like, make a mission which has a whole bunch of cutscenes and objectives.  just remeber to use the skiptime command to change he time of day.

Alternatively from making a 12Mb mission, make smaller ones and number them.  I did this with my "Return To Malden" story.  I did 4 parts and numbered them, people can play which ever "chapter" they want to.  Each mission is a standalone but together they portray a greater story.

yeah, on the avon lady FAQ website, theres a link to her Coop campaign, basically its every mission in the original campaign, broken into one mission segments, and slightly altered to be playable as coop in multiplayer, great concept.
