This little beastie is intended as a compatibilty addon between ofp and arma.
it contains all 172 'countries' as per ofp, and the same syntax as ofp is used to set the flagpole to a given emblem. To whit:
setTexture "/flags/NorfolkIsland.jpg";
with this pbo, mission migrations from ofp to arma using the yet to be completed island conversions will be able to use (that part of) their mission.sqm untouched.
In addition, for arma only:
1) this addon contains all 172 'models'. Eg, no requirement to set a texture, you select the Afghanistan to Zimbabwe flag instead.
2) Flags have been internationalised to languages other than Engels using a stringtable.csv
