hi dose anyone know how its possible?

cuz i am sure i saw it somewhere and serach didnt found it.

explabtion(a shell the splits up to alot of arrows)

Sounds like what you are looking for is a "Flechette" round.

Since this seems more like an addon configuration question rather than a mission scripting one you might try looking for a shotgun shell configuration and adapting that. (Same principle - much larger caliber)
