Title: How do I add selectable 'options' (i.e time of day) to my multiplayer mission?

Hi everyone, I have a little mission editing question. But I'd like to apologize in advance, because I'm sure this has been discussed before already, but to be honest, I didn't know what to search for. There are many different ways this could be worded.  :confused:

Anyway, my question is this. How do I add a little options box that allows the server to choose time of day (Say, 'morning', 'noon', or 'evening'?) and the weather? ('clear', 'cloudy', 'rainy')
