Title: Config.cpp (please help)

Sorry to bother you guys but i have searched everywhere for an answer. How in god's name to i decompile a config.bin file.
I had done it with UnPBO 1.3 but i lost it when my old hard disk exploded :'( Could someone please tell me the method
