Title: Inactive Tag registration

Just throwing this in as an idea.

If the Tag list/database is accessible by Moderators/Admin's, wouldn't it be an average good idea to open something like a "Request your Tag" thread where anyone can request a Tag which will be added by Mods/Admins into the database and then confirmed?
I know, if there's no access at all, or only really complicated, this question is obsolete.

At this time there is no proper way of registering new tags, but we are working on bringing the tag system up to full speed. Including tag management and registration.
