when i make a group, in this case a blackop group, i put 5 ops in it. when i enter game, there is one soldier together with 5 ops.
is this a bug or something? when i make a group, i put an infantry squad from 'groups' menu (f2) and then edit units. ideas?

you probably copied n pasted 1 or more units
1) delete all units in that group and start again
or
2) Look for a slightly darker colour unit icon in the mission editor, this would indicate 1 unit placed directly on top of another unit, following the use of copy n paste (simply "delete" that unit once, this will remove the top unit)
3) You could check your mission.sqm, you will probably find 2 units at the exact same location

Not really sure what you mean.
Make sure you have lines going from each Black-Op to the leader. Select the Groups tab and drag a line to the leader.
Failing that create your groups nrmally from single units. The first guy you place will be the leader, and then every guy after that will automatically have a line drawn to him. Providing you do it close enough to the leader.
