Title: Drop Down Dialogue Help
Post by: JasonO on 02 Jul 2006, 20:32:41
Hi

I have looked over the internet to find tutorials on creating dialogues, but ive had no luck. I can create very basic button ones, but I have a few options to select and I dont want to fill the screen with buttons.

Does anyone know of a location where I can find a tutorial in making dialogues or if they could tell me how to do it, it would be great.

Thanks for your help.

Vektorboson's excellent dialog tutorial is in the temporary editors depot (Select tutorials from the menu on the left.).

I was very curious about this tool but cannot run it  :-\
Any idea?
This is the error msg I get:

Component "Comdlg32.ocx" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or bad.

I tried to delete the zip & download it again but get the same error.
Thx in advance

You can find that file from the internets (google it, but be carefull where you dl it..), and once you got it put it in the folder where the tool is, or in the windows\system folder (or was it system32...)..
