Hiya again!
I was wondering, is there anywhere i can read about where difference movement commands mean? For example i make a waypoing "Careless" i want to know what that does..
And is there some way to make soldiers in a base begin with their guns on back?

First question - try searching in the Editor's Dept. I am a bit rushed at the moment to write them all up for you here.
EDIT: Does this help?

I just did a search on Waypoints - didn't have time to look at it in detail though
Second question.
In the init field of the group leader put:
this setBehaviour "SAFE"
or in the first waypoint of the group set their behaviour to Safe.
If they are in safe they will go to combat if the enemy are around, in careless they will completely ignore the enemy.

indeed, start at the beginning - go here (http://www.ofpec.com/editors/browse.php?category=1_1) and work your way through. all essential stuff.
