Title: In MP People Have This Voice Thing That Activates When They Type A Certain Word

In multiplayer some people have this thing where they type a word or sentence like 'lets go' and you hear someone saying the word, usually in a funny way or strange voice.

How do you do this? Ive looked but havent found a tut for it.

thats what they are for ive had a folder full of sounds for ages now and have had no idea why they are used i just get bored and run around playing the same sound again and again  ;D
