Post by: Blacknite on 25 Sep 2005, 01:35:42
I have a question, how do I setup the Outro for my missions?  For both Win and Lose Outro.

Thanks.

well its the same as the intro basically but for an outro win just use any trigger endings from 1-6 they will play yhe outro win to play the outro lose just use an outro-lose ending from a trigger
then of course switch to that view in the editor and start creating the outro like any normal intro
hope that helps

Did you mean create them in the editor, or how to activate them?

To create an Outro - Win or Outro - Loose in the editor, you create them the same way you create an Intro by clicking on the small drop down list with 'Mission' currently selected, and choose 'Outro - Win' or 'Outro - Loose'.

To set it up that they activate after a mission, you will use a trigger. Find inside the 3rd section (or toward the middle of a trigger box) where it says "Type". The default should be "None". Click on this. There will be many options. You are interested in "End #1" - "End #6" and "Loose". "End #1" through "End #6" all activate the 'Outro - Win' and "Loose" activates the 'Outro - Loose'.

Hope that helps.

FYI, it helps if the title of your thread actually describes you problem a bit...

Give your thread a relevant and informative name like "Detecting you threw a smoke grenade".    Do not use names like "three questions" or "please help".
