Title: notebook open, notebook close...
Post by: bedges on 10 Sep 2005, 10:07:47
i've been playing around with igor drukov's 3d dialog tutorial, but can't seem to work out how to get a 'closing' animation on the go. the various models swish onstage nicely enough, but then simply disappear on closing, whereas the options laptop, for example, has a closing animation.

is this available for the other dialog objects?

You might want to take a look at the resource.bin and see if they have anything in there that could help you.

Although I have a feeling that only the notebook and the laptop have opening/closing animations.

The notebook (laptop PC) model has selections which presumably are for the animation of the opening and closing.

This model does not have any config entry anywhere, so I presume it is all done by the game engine.
