is there a script that changes a vehicals to be flipped over or on its side?

Yes there is.

Go to Search FAQ (http://www.ofpec.com/yabbse/index.php?board=;action=searchfaq;pending=0) ,type "flip" in the searchbox (containing text & the display button)and find the flipcar script by General Baron.
