How the i create my own cutrsc object to put over my campaign i am making any help is appreicated thnx ;)

Try General Barron's tutorial (http://www.ofpec.com/includes/download2.php?id=1010) from the Editor's Depot. It's easy to use. Even a simple intel guy like me understands it  :P
