HI, I WOULD LIKE FOR ANY ISLAND EDITOR AND CREATOR TO MAKE ME AN ISLAND BASED IN LOS ANGELES NOT THAT REAL BUT LIKE THE NEW OCEAN CITY ISLAND PLEASE RESPOND

I think he wants somebody to make an island for him.  He's not asking how to make island.
