can anyone tell me how to make .. EX- An East soldier to join a West one without any other soldiers in his way..  :)

Use the following syntax:

[nameOfEastSoldier] join nameOfWestsoldier

you can also use

[nameOfEastSoldier] join groupName

and if several units are going to change side

[nameOfEastSoldier1,nameOfEastSoldier2,nameOfEastSoldier3] join groupName
